BARON BIGOD - Suffolk
A creamy, white bloomy-rind cows milk cheese with a smooth silky texture and a golden curd. Long-lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours. We have it in the deli counter and in mini truckles. Truffled is also available.
Beauvale - Nottinghamshire
Produced by the Cropwell Bishop Creamery, this cows milk blue takes its inspiration from various continental cheeses, perhaps most directly Gorgonzola Dolce Cremificato, with its silky melting texture and milder profile. A seriously popular cheese.
Burrata - Italy
Burrata is an Italian cow milk cheese (occasionally buffalo milk) made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream, giving it a beautifully soft texture.
Chaucer's Baby Camembert - Kent
A perfect little British Camembert, great for slicing and eating or baking.

Cornish Yarg - Cornwall
A nettle (and sometimes wild garlic) wrapped semi-hard cheese made from grass rich Cornish cows milk. Tangy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly in the core, it consistently wins top international awards.
Cote Hill Blue - Lincolnshire
A blooming rind brie style cheese with a tangy blue bite. Very popular on the counter.
Ewe Eat Me - Sussex
A-hard ewes cheese; creamy tasting with nutty undertones, in a red rind.
Graceburn - Kent
A soft cow’s milk cheese steeped in oils infused with Mediterranean aromatics: richly milky and fragrant. “Feta-but-better”. We have original and truffled Graceburn.
Isle of Mull - Scotland
A hard pressed, cloth-bound, full-flavoured Scottish cheddar. Stronger in flavour with whiskey and herbal notes.
Kentish Blue - Kent
Kentish Blue is a young blue cow milk cheese with a firm but moist texture. It has gentle smooth flavours on the first bite developing into a long-lasting pleasant aftertaste.
Lancashire Bomb - Lancashire
The Lancashire Bomb is a cows milk cheese in different flavours. We offer the chilli, which has some real heat behind it. This is not for the faint-hearted ... its a must-have for all chilli lovers. Truffle bomb also available for Christmas.
Laverstoke Mozzarella - Hampshire
The first buffalo mozzarella to be made in the UK.
Lincolnshire Poacher - Lincolnshire
A mature cows milk cheese with a lovely strong and upfront flavour. This is Britain’s comte.
Lord London - Sussex
A semi-soft bell shaped cows milk cheese, clean citrus tasting with a natural creaminess. Edible skin with a light white dusting, can be eaten straight from the fridge. One of our best sellers.
Macadamia White (Vegan) - London
The richest, creamiest soft cheese you can find made from a mix of cashew and macadamia nuts. For extra depth of flavour, Nettle marinade the cheese in a blend of extra virgin olive oil and cold-pressed rapeseed oil, all infused with black peppercorns and thyme.
